Privacy Policy

Last updated 2 November 2026

This policy explains how Wellrun collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information through this website. Wellrun operates under Brhan Enterprise Ltd, a New Zealand business ("we", "us"). We handle personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and its Information Privacy Principles.

This policy covers this marketing website only. It does not cover any separate software product or service, which has its own terms and privacy information.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the project enquiry form, we collect:

  • your name;
  • the name of your business or organisation;
  • your email address;
  • the type of project you are interested in; and
  • the description of your problem or project, and anything else you choose to include in it.

Please do not include sensitive personal information, financial account details or other people's personal information in the form.

Information collected automatically

  • Hosting logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information about requests to the website, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs are used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
  • Spam prevention. When you submit the enquiry form, your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions. It is held in temporary server memory only and is not written to a database or included in the enquiry we receive. The form also includes a hidden field and a timing check to filter automated submissions.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not use third-party tracking or analytics tools. If this changes, we will update this policy before doing so. The booking page embeds a scheduler provided by Cal.com, which may set cookies that are needed for the scheduler to work. Cal.com's use of those cookies is covered by Cal.com's privacy policy.

Booking a call

If you book a call through our booking page, Cal.com collects the details you enter (such as your name, email address and any answers to booking questions) and the time you choose. The booking is added to our calendar and a video meeting link is created. We use these details only to hold the call and follow up on it.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • read and respond to your enquiry;
  • discuss a potential project with you and prepare any proposal you request; and
  • keep a record of our correspondence with you.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists. We do not use the content of your enquiry to train AI models.

Who we share information with

We use a small number of service providers to run this website. They process information on our behalf and only for the purposes described here:

  • Vercel Inc. hosts the website and processes the hosting logs described above.
  • Resend delivers the contents of the enquiry form to our inbox by email.
  • Our email provider stores the enquiry emails we receive and our replies.
  • Cal.com, Inc. provides the booking scheduler. Bookings are stored in our calendar provider's system, and video calls run through our meeting provider.

Some of these providers store or process information outside New Zealand, including in the United States. We choose providers we reasonably believe protect personal information in a way that, overall, provides comparable safeguards to those in the Privacy Act 2020.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to protect our rights or the safety of any person.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting discussions or engagement, and for any period required by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.

Security

The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to enquiries is limited to people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

Your rights

You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. You can also ask us to delete your enquiry where we no longer need it. To make a request, contact us by email at hello@wellrun.co.nz or through our contact form. We will respond within the timeframes required by the Privacy Act 2020.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can make a complaint to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we change the services we use. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
